2) Q.  From where do you ship the products?

    Ans. Our handicraft as well as magic tricks items are shipped from Kolkata port India. 

3) Q.  How do you ship the products?

    Ans. We ship the products by sea as well as air, depending on the requirement of the customer. In both the cases, products are shipped to the nearest sea/air port to the destination countries from where the customer takes responsibility of the delivery.

4) Q.  Can you make designs as per requirement?

    Ans. We provide customized design specified by the customer. The customer specifies a particular product design with dimensions and also materials to be used to design the products. Mention the products in the contact us tab and depending on the customization we would be requiring a photograph of the product. We have previously provided products according to the customer’s requirements.

5) Q.  Can you provide bulk orders?

    Ans. As our product range is diverse we provide bulk orders for any product. If you want to place a bulk order just click the contact us tab and tell us your specifications or choose a product from the product list and send us a response. There are attractive discounts for bulk purchase

6) Q.  After sending enquiry what is the next step?

    Ans. After we get your enquiry we will reply back within 24hrs with the details of the product (size, price and other terms) that you have chosen from the product list. It is advisable to mention every detail when sending an enquiry which will give us a clear understanding of your requirement and we can answer back with more precision.

7) Q.  How much time does it take to ship the products?

    Ans. It is very difficult to tell exactly how long it will take to ship the products. It all depends on the design, quantity and assortment. The most important factor is quality as we don’t use any moulds every item is carefully handcrafted without missing out on any detail. We don’t compromise quality for time as we believe quality should set us apart from the rest of the handicraft exporters. The minimum time period is 3-4 weeks for any order.

8) Q.  Can I do a pre-inspection of the products?

    Ans. We would be glad to let you check the products before they are sent for packaging. You can come down personally, send a representative or if required we can get the inspection done through certified agents mentioned by you.

9) Q.  We want to visit your manufacturing unit. Is this possible?

    Ans. You are always welcome to visit our factory. If you visit our manufacturing unit you can see how the work is done by our highly skilled artisans. You can also check the quality of the product and get a better understanding of the products which will enable us to do business better. We are located in Kolkata the capital of west Bengal. Kolkata being a developed city is easily accessible by road, air and rail and also has good accommodations to suit all types of budget

10) Q.  Where do you get the details of the delivery agent?

    Ans. The details of the delivery agent will be provided by the shipping company on the bill of lading itself

11) Q.  Do I need to insure the products I order?

    Ans. We highly recommend insurance for our handicraft products because these items are very costly and even a slight damage is unwarranted. There are several insurance companies and all provide the service. After we have shipped your products we will send the relevant documents and based on these documents you can get an insurance cover at your end. We would advice to get insurance covered at destination because in case of damage the claim process is simplified at your end.

12) Q.  What are your payment terms?

    Ans. We accept orders only on 100% advance along with confirmation of order. If the order value is more than US$1000 it can be relaxed to 50% advance against our invoice and the balance can be paid by wire transfer at the time of shipment
